Product Safety Act (ProdSG)

The EU Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) has been in effect since December 13, 2024. This regulation has been transposed into German national law through the Product Safety Act (ProdSG). The core aim of the law is to make it as easy as possible for you, our valued customer, to contact the manufacturer/distributor of the goods, thus ensuring consumer protection.
